Virtual 5k FAQ

When do I need to complete my virtual 5k?
You need to complete and log your 5k between November 2 – November 22, 2020.

Is there a virtual course time limit?
There is no time limit in virtual events! Simply complete the 5k at your own pace and log your time!

Is it too late to sign up?
Registration will stay open until the last day of the event, November 22, 2020

How much does it cost?

  • Finishers Package is $20 & includes: Race bib and finisher medal included
  • Runners Package is $40 & includes: Race bib, race t-shirt and finisher medal included
  • Saints VIP Package is $55 & includes: Race bib, race t-shirt, finisher medal, mask and sponsor goodies included
  • Kids Fun Run Package is $25 & includes: Race bib, kids race t-shirt, finisher medal and Raising Cane’s Achievement Award included

Is there a military discount?
Yes, it’s $5 off by verifying your identity through this link.

Is there an option for kids?
Yes! There is a virtual 1-mile run or walk!

When will I receive my items?
All participant items will be mailed starting in late October.

How do I submit my results?
You will submit your results on the event leaderboard (link is coming soon). You may upload your GPS file OR submit your time manually.

What is the refund policy?
Due to purchasing participant amenities based on registration numbers, we do not do refunds.
